As per our usual policy all deposits are non refundable. In the event that you have to cancel due too Covid 19 any deposits paid will be available as credit for up to two years from the date of your event.

What is my Responsibility as a Renter?
Responsibility for rented equipment remains with the renter from the time of receipt until the time of return. All china, flatware, glassware and catering equipment should be cleaned, sorted and repacked in the same containers in which they were received. Linens should be refuse-free and dry to prevent staining and mildew. Please ensure that all equipment is secure and protected from the weather while it is in your possession. Charges will apply for dirty dishes, broken, damaged and missing items, including packaging materials.
